Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Quality Issue Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for quality issues worldwide. The shipping costs will be borne by us, or we will directly send a replacement product.
Non-quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange (e.g., jewelry is a personal accessory and cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons).

  2. Stone Inlays Falling Off
Our stone jewelry, such as tiger eye stone bracelets, uses jewelry glue and settings to attach the stones. For example: tiger eye stone falls off upon arrival, it is considered a quality issue, and you can return or exchange it.
However, if the item is exposed to water and been soaked, not properly dried or maintained, causing the glue to lose its adhesion, it will not be considered a quality issue. This will be regarded as improper care and maintenance during wear.

  3. Scratches or Pitting on Pearls
Pearls are natural treasures formed by mother-of-pearl, and surface growth lines are not considered a quality issue.
If there are significant scratches on the pearl that affect its appearance, it is considered a quality issue.
Pearls with pits that affect their overall beauty are also considered unsuitable for use in jewelry, based on general aesthetic standards.

  4. Necklace/Bracelet Extension Chains Stiff or Unable to Open
If the extension chain on a necklace or bracelet is stiff, stuck, or cannot be opened, preventing the item from being worn, it is considered a quality issue. We will repair or replace the extension chain component, or offer a return/exchange.

  5. Silver Earring Posts Deforming or Breaking
The posts of silver earrings are relatively soft. If the earrings are not removed before sleeping or if external force causes the posts to deform, they may break. This is not considered a quality issue. Please remind customers to care for the earrings properly.

  6. Bracelet Size Mismatch or Breakage During Wear
If a customer purchases a bracelet that doesn't fit their wrist size or if the bracelet breaks due to external force during wear, it is not considered a quality issue. Despite their small size, jewelry items require proper care and maintenance.
